Hippy Dippy Skirts are back! Drawstring waist measures out to 40". Length is 38". Burgandy, purple, and gold roses, double ruffle on bottom in magenta paisley and solid purple. Magenta paisley lined pockets are flat and sewn into seams. Gorgeous!
